Responsibilities:

-Report to the Board of Directors and German HQ
-To be responsible of whole plant daily operation
-Technical advisor for customers of locally produced products, assist sales team as required
-Overall responsibility for production and delivery in time at specified quality
-Coordinating and controlling the production process, controlling the costs
-Communicating with German HQ and supporting the improvement of the products

Requirements:

-University Degree or professional training in Engineering, Production/Manufacturing, Mechanics, Polymer processing, Business, Economics or related fields
-Hands-on experience in manufacturing field
-Experience in leading the production team (skilled workers) as Production Manager, or similar position
-Work experience in a multi-national company is a must
-Work experience in Auto industry before is a plus
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Excellent command of Chinese and English, knowledge of German is plus
-Strong team spirit and self motivated, capability to work independently
-Changzhou Hukou and willing to work at Jintan
