职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责特殊阀门的生产工艺文件如工艺流程、指导书、工时分析、设备要求等，编制及培训实施；
2、负责生产过程中产品工艺， 机床工装、夹具设计；
3、参与新产品的研发、试制、工艺试验及跟踪服务，参与设备验收过程；
4、负责协调生产中工艺优化及数据分析；
5、完成领导交办的其它任务。
任职资格
1、年龄30岁以上，机械类本科及以上学历（流体力学）；
2、3年以上特殊阀门工艺经验；
3、熟练使用Office,Auot-CAD等计算机软件；
4、熟练掌握阀门材料和设计、工艺标准；
5、较强的独立思考，分析总结问题，解决问题能力，较强的学习能力；
6、具备良好的综合分析及解决现场问题的能力。
