Lab Engineer – 测试工程师 （工作地点：江苏盐城）

Tasks/职责：
Responsible for the testing of material, semi-product, final-product, management of testing equipment
负责原材料、产品的测试，管理测试设备
Edit the test plan for material, responsible for material inspection / 编制原材料测试计划，负责安排原材料检验
Edit the testing plan for product, responsible for final product testing / 编制测试大纲，负责安排产品测试
Feed back and separate for nonconforming product in time / 对不合格品及时隔离，反馈
Choose testing equipment type and management the testing equipment (evaluate/calibration etc.), use MSA to keep it ok / 对测量设备的选型和日常管理（检定、校准），运用MSA 保证测量设备的准确性
Responsible for Working Instruction of testing / 编制测试工作指导书
Management of all standard testing material, purchasing-application / 测试耗材的库存管理，采购申请
Fully understanding of OEMs standards, set-up and control file-list/ 客户标准的充分理解，建立文件控制台账
Record as per IMS system requirements /根据IMS体系要求做相应记录
Edit and check the testing reports /测试报告的制定，确认
Finish other works from management /执行管理层委派的其它工作

Requirements/要求：
College education or above, familiar with textile industry, concrete operation-capabilities
大专以上学历，熟悉纺织知识，有实践操作能力
At least one-year lab experience, and familiar /skilled with MSA / 1年以上实验室工作经验，熟悉MSA
Familiar with OEMs testing standards, GB related standards, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC
熟悉主机厂客户相关测试标准，国家相关测试标准，FMEA,CP,MSA,SPC
Good in both written and spoken English 熟练的英文听说能力
