QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Develop and maintain an ISO-based Quality Management System (QMS)
1.Ensure that all relevant documentations to the QMS are available and updated
2.Review and validate documentations whenever updates are done, with the Q&I Manager
3.Validate with related authorities the quality procedures / quality manual change and/or creation
4.Ensure the company processes are following the relevant ISO standard requirement
5.Responsible to initiate internal QMS training, and to manage external QMS activity
6.Gather all KPIs data defined for the company and consolidate these data for the monthly KPI dashboard

Control the efficiency of the QMS and its continual improvement
1.Evaluate efficiency of the company’s processes by achieving regular internal audits and propose improvement wherever possible
2.Review regularly the QMS together with the Q&I Director, and take related actions for continual improvement when judged necessary
3.Ensure right corrective and preventive actions are taken following important and/or repetitive Non Conformities detection
4.Constantly follow up the corrective and preventive actions status
5.Close when judged efficient and achieve data analysis on these actions

Participate to the implementation of the new ERP Project for Ensival-Moret China
1.Set up business processes in concordance with ERP system possibilities
2.Analyze how the business processes to be setup can be efficiently implemented with the ERP possibilities
3.Test the processes designed in the ERP system and generate Actions Report if necessary
4.Report to ERP Project Manager the progress on designated tasks
5.Become at term a super-user for the ERP, in order to follow-up future processes and to achieve continual improvement actions



Requirements：
1.University graduate or above
2.Major in manufacturing or quality assurance, with strong IT background
3.At least 3 years working experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry, foundry knowledge is a plus
4.Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and quality processes analysis (audit / corrective and preventive actions / etc.)
5.Participation to previous ERP implementation project with knowledge of BPR would be appreciated
6.Team management experience, with strong capability of coordination and communication with other departments
7.Data analysis and project planning skills, with good sense of responsibility, quality awareness and strive for continual improvement
8.Willing to often travel between Shanghai and Dafeng city

主要工作职责
一、维护和开发质量管理体系（QMS）
1.及时更新质量管理体系文件；
2.及时与质量改进经理确认更新文件；
3.与相关专业人员确认质量流程和质量手册的变更或建立；
4.确保公司工作流程都符合ISO的相关标准；
5.负责对公司内审的培训工作，以及组织外审工作；
6.收集相关KPI数据，并将其整合成月度报表。
二、保证质量体系文件的有效性和发展性
1.通过公司日常的内审工作，评估公司流程的有效性，并提出持续性改善建议；
2.与质保总监定期进行质量体系工作的总结；
3.确保对重要或重复性的不一致问题已经采取有效的纠正和预防性措施；
4.纠正和预防性措施的持续跟进；
5.对相关不一致问题改进预防性措施进行分析。
三、参与集团新ERP项目的实施
1.建立与ERP系统相匹配的业务流程；
2.分析ERP系统业务流程的有效实施；
3.测试ERP系统的相关流程，并形成行为报告；
4.向ERP项目经理汇报指派任务的进展情况；
5.对ERP系统达到一定的熟悉程度已实现相关流程的持续改进。

岗位要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历；
2.有制造业或者质量管理方面的经验；较强的IT背景；
3.3年以上制造业相同岗位经历，有铸造行业经历优先考虑；
4.熟悉ISO9001标准，熟悉质量管理体系（审核/纠正预防措施等）
5.有相关ERP项目实施经验及业务流程设计经历者优先考虑；
6.良好的团队合作精神；良好的沟通能力
7.有责任心，具备质量和持续性改进意识，一定的数据分析和项目计划能力；
8.此岗位需要经常在上海和大丰出差。
