1.编制工艺明细，确定工作内容；

Define process & organize documents;

2.改善平面工艺布置；

Improve the layout;

3.持续改进（含设计）现场设备；

Improve continuously the production & handling equipment;

4.新产品先期策划；

Advanced plan of new product;

5.通过参与现场质量改进，不断更新PFMEA；

Update PFMEA according to improvement of quality;

6.持续改进生产线平衡，实现生产工艺优化；

Line balance and process optimization;

7.推进标准化工作；

Drive Standardized work;

8.优化物料供应和现场搬运；

Optimization of material replenishment and handling;

9.工时测量和人体工程学分析；

MTM/GSD/AGREPT;

10.管理产品变更；

ECM;

11.附加和其它工作任务；

Other and Specific Missions.

任职要求 Requirements：

1.本科及以上学历；
Bachelor Degree or above;
2.三年以上汽车行业生产或工艺相关工作经验；
3 years working experience in Production or Process in automobile industry;
3.英语流利。
Good oral and written English.
