POSITION SUMMARY

Quality system engineer is responsible for monitoring, facilitating and coordinating the engineering team to develop, improve and implement the established fundamental practices, as well as smooth the process of cross-function team cooperation during the product/process development stage and continues improvement project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Responsible for DNV audit coordination for ISO9001 and TS16949.

2.Responsible for customer QMS audit coordination.

3.Internal audit coordination and builds up and trains internal auditor team.

4.In charge of DCC management.

5.Quality system structure review, interface with global for any procedure definition and improvement activity.

6.Scorecard monitoring.

7.Define and implement procedure together with related engineering function to make sure that it is consistent with quality system.

8.Facilitate management review to make sure top level management has the thorough understanding of each engineering function procedure compliance status and offer necessary support for their continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor degree or above.

2.At least 1 Year of experience in ISO9000/TS16949 system management.

3.Experience in conducting internal audit and handling customer audit is preferred.

4.Strong interpersonal and communication skill in working with cross-functional teams.

5.Eager to learn, can do attitude and good problem solving skill.

6.Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
