Tasks:
- working as an Product Engineer for process of weaving, knitting or finishing, lamination, in automotive textile products' development and production department
-Provide technical support to operations and help production manager to resolve Production and Quality issues in a timely manner;
- Communicate with Sales and Development for product design and re-engineering issues;
- Understand and communicate current production line capability;
- Provide technical support to small/large projects in implementation;
- Help production manager to prepare production daily plan for shift teams;
- Assist production manager to ensure business line, operations and supply chain are fully coordinated;
- Participate safety works or activities including safety audits and investigations;
- Provide technical service to customers;
- Liaise with external vendors、customers and/or contractors for technical issues;
- Provide any other necessary support for daily operations in production department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Textile/Spinning Engineering、Mechanical Chemical Engineering;
- At least 3 years relevant manufacturing working in the textile industry or experience in Polymer and/or Fiber manufacturing; experience in weaving, knitting or textile finishing, lamination; familiar to automotive industry and quality requirements is a plus
- Knowledge in process equipment operation and maintenance;
- Good appreciation for safety、health and environment;
- Self-motivated and good communication skills;
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with mechanical and chemical engineering terms is preferred;
- Essential PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Good in both written and spoken English;
- Willing to work under pressure.
