Responsibilities:

1. To support manager for identifying the employees' development plan and training needs based on the company strategies and business needs.

2. Facilitate, conduct and implement scheduled training plan. Manage external training vendor incl: contracting, contents, trainers & pricing, etc.

3. Develop and administer training record and measurement tools, including training database, the tracking/completion/certification; Ensure all training records and related documentations are in place and sorted and recorded.

4. Provide support to L&OD related program when needed.

5. Ensure related procedure and operation complying with quality system requirements

6. Provide support to various company activities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2.2 years above L&OD relevant experience in multinational company.

3.Fluent oral English and good knowledge of written English.

4.Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills, good team player

5.A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
