Job Responsibilities:
1. HR BP
Employee Engagement
To provide operational support in champion the process of all engagement survey and follow up in line with the business strategy and HR policies and process thus to create an engaging culture in HO.
Provide administrative support by organising the engagement survey requested by management and P&OD team and compile the result
Coordinate and support to analysis the gap based on the survey result and facilitate the follow up actions
Support the roll-out of culture programs to create an engaging and recognition culture with identified focus based on engagement survey results
Maintain the database or other tools on engagement activities, participation and other relevant data in such a way that accurate and up to date information can be provided to management
Training Management
Build training database of Head Office to manage the HO employees’ training record and application
Collect and analyze training needs of all functions in Head Office and provide to P&OD team for the next year training catalogue
Collect the training application of Head Office employees for the training arrangement
Arrange the training courses for Head Office employees according to the training application by coordination with P&OD
Provide training feedback to P&OD team by collecting employees’ training evaluation and attending the training
Full Compliance of Accreditation of HR Audit
Coordinate to implement the internal and external audit for P&OD related certification in compliance with P&OD team
Provide relevant information and data to P&OD team
Arrange and lay out the audit place and support the external audit firm for the audit process
Organizational Culture Awareness Enhancement
Collect and provide most updated Organization Charts of Head Office
Plan, organize and implement activities to enhance TNT culture by collaboration with other departments in HO
Performance Management
Arrange the communication session to kick off the annual performance management in compliance with P&OD team
Collect and file the objective setting PMI forms and mid-year review PMI forms and year-end PMI forms annually
Provide guidance and suggestion for business to do the performance management
HR Projects and Backup of Head Office HR Staffing
Backup of HR Officer to support Head Office HR Manager
Do the HR projects in compliance with HR functions and HO HR Manager
2. HO Staffing deployment
To provide operational support in HO staffing in line with the entity’s HR strategy policies and processes to enable colleagues and management to recruit, equip, develop, and empower their people.
HO New Employee onboard/exit Process with continuous improvement thus employee experience is enhanced
100% on-time HO employees’ probation/leave/contract/movement form personal file management with no error
Proactive and accurate HR document collection and consolidation (PMI, training plan, Policy Receipt Signature etc.)
To ensure HR operation strictly adheres to TNT staffing policy and labour law or various regulations
Leave management at TNT Village
To maintain the accurate data on time for Head Office for various purpose
To provide the accurate data on time for FASCO (contract renewal / movement / salary adjustment / bonus)
Check employees' salary in FASCO and assist FNA to pay accordingly
To create an effective system to maintain the updated standard Job Title, Job Description for all positions in Head Office
To assist HO manager for promotion proposal and final settlement for special cases such as dismissal staff abide by China Labour Law
To provide the data analysis and report on-time and proactively based on accurate data for Head Office's managers for various purpose
To handle the HR operation audit with necessary data and process enhancement for both internal and external with positive result for Head Office
To have positive feedback from internal customers and focus on building effective and smooth employee relationship; good understanding on the personnel and characteristics of staff in Head Office
