Job Responsibility：
In the period of Dafeng project construction (Project Assistant):
1）Be responsible to receive, check, register, send, file all the drawi ngs for engineering project
2）Participate in inspection and acceptance for engineering project
3）Be responsible to coordinate and manage the engineering project.
During normal production (Administration Specialist) :
1）Be responsible for administration routine ( meals, purchase, securit y , clean, etc.)
2）Urge and conduct the receptionist to work (reception service, docume nt receiving and sending)
3）Organize group activities (annual meeting, travel)
Requirement:
Age: 25-30
Gender: Female
Education: College degree or above
Years of working: More than 3 years

工作职责：
大丰项目建设期间工作职责（项目助理）：
1）负责工程项目的所有图纸的接收、清点、登记、发放、归档、管理工作
2）协助参加项目工程的验收工作
3）负责协调工程项目的管理工作
正常生产运作期间工作职责（行政专员）：
1）行政部常规管理事务（用餐管理、车辆管理、行政庶务采购、保安保洁管理等）
2）督促和指导前台工作（前台接待管理、文件收发管理）
3）集体活动的组织（年会以及公司旅游）
任职要求：
年龄: 25-30
性别: 女
教育背景: 大专以上学历
工作年限: 3年以上
