Position Summary：

Responsible for product and process quality management. Improve customer quality and quick response to customer complains.

Responsibilities:
1. Help management representative to establish and perform quality system;
2. Enhance process quality monitoring, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
3. Communicate with customer to dispose the customer complain;
4. Make sure our products get the necessary agency in time when necessary.
5. Continue to improve products’ quality and improve customers’ satisfaction;
6. Make sure every products have been fully inspected before delivery;
7. Make sure the global quality tools being performed;
8. Training the underlings for quality control;
9. Enhance the effectiveness of process audit and corrective actions;
10. Develop Quality engineer and QC.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in electron & engineer or related major;
2. Above 6 years professional experience
3. Familiar with TS16949,6σ,good computer operation skill
4. Familiar with all kind of quality tools
5. Strong leadership skill
6. Good team player
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Good oral and written English skills
