职位描述
PROD MANAGER:
1.Insure that PROD department delivers requested products on-time, at requested quality level and with limited costs in order to satisfy customers. Insure that priorities defined by PRO are respected in order to deal with most urgent orders first
--Evaluate workshop capacity and define accordingly the needed sub-contracting activities, in order to insure that no delay will affect on-time delivery (including considering to keep some margin for late component arrival)
--Insure that equipments are in good operation condition in order to insure that no breakdown could affect customer on-time delivery, and that equipments are capable of producing requested quality level
--Insure that operators have the necessary level to produce the requested parts within defined time and at needed quality level.
--Control that PROD expenses are optimized (maintenance costs, tools, consumables, overtime, sub-contracting,...)
--Insure that cooperation between PROD and other departments (both side) is sufficient to solve inter-departments issues. Report issues to IND director.
2.Insure that PROD department employees work according to company validated procedures and to applicable safety regulations
--Insure that employees are aware of the company procedures (including visual management use for needed issues)
--Insure that employees respect the company procedures --Insure that ERP data is accurate and complete (mostly concerning the data related to employees efficiency bonus since is linked with employee motivation)
--Insure that routings and work instructions are respected by operators. In case of potential improvement, they have to be validated by MET before application. --Insure that QC decisions related to quality are respected by PROD
--Manage daily administration of PROD department
3.Lead PROD improvement by defining appropriate organization and management systems
--Propose needed organization for PROD and validate it with Foundry director, in order to improve PROD work efficiency.
--Insure that all PROD employees have clear job descriptions and objectives so that they know clearly what is expected from them, and review regularly employees performance to insure their motivation and that necessary organisation changes can be done.
--Make sure that 5S is continuously improving until an excellence level is reached, and then maintain this level
--Organize recruitment and training of needed employees to fulfill PROD objectives Investigate and validate major decisions in PROD (SUB suppliers selection, new machines need, employees recruitment need...)
--Update PROD ISO documents when needed --Lead implementation of modern manufacturing management tools to improve PROD efficiency (bar codes system, advanced planning system, MES)
4.Define needed resources (including recruitment, new equipment, trainings,…) and prepare a budget accordingly According to production capacity evaluation, and to company business plan, evaluate the need for operators and equipments Prepare yearly budget including all PROD related expenses (salaries, trainings, recruitments, investments, consumables,…)
一、为了满足客户的要求,需要保证生产部的产品准时交货,符合质量要求并在规定的成本范围之中。
1. 确保优先解决项目部急需处理的订单。
2. 确保对车间的生产能力进行评估,安排必要的外加工,以避免影响准时交货率(考虑铸件晚交货的可能延误时间)。
3. 为了使机器设备不产生故障引起晚交货,需要保证设备处于良好的运转状态并确保设备能生产出符合质量要求的产品。
4. 确保操作工在规定的时间内有能力生产出符合要求的零部件并满足所需的质量要求。
5. 有效控制生产部的成本并使之得到优化(维修成本,工具,消耗品,加班,外加工)。
6. 确保生产部和其他部门间的合作以此解决部门间存在的问题。并将产生的问题汇报给工业部总监。
二、确保生产部员工遵循公司批准的流程及相应的安全规范。
1.确保员工了解公司程序(包括相关问题的可视化管理)。
2.确保员工按照公司流程执行。
3.确保ERP数据的准确性及全面性(特别要关注有关员工工时奖金的数据,此数据关联到员工的激励性)。
4.确保员工按照所下达的工艺和工作指导书进行操作。对于可能的改进,必须在得到工艺部的批准后方可执行。
5.确保员工遵从质量部有关质量方面的决定。
6.管理生产部的日常行政工作。
三、根据制定的组织及管理体系对生产部进行改进。
1.为了提高生产部的工作效率,提出所需的组织结构方面的建议并由工业总监进行批准。
2.让每一位生产部的员工明确自己的工作职责和工作目标,以使他们清楚什么是预期的目标,并定期对每位员工进行绩效评估使他们的积极性能不断进行提高以实现组织结构的有效变动。
3.确保5S能得到不断地改进以达到较好的标准并以此进行巩固。
4.为了实现生产部的目标,开展招聘和培训工作。
5.对生产部的事务做出决定性的分析和批准 (外加工供应商的甄选,新机器的购买,新员工的招聘)。
6.必要时更新生产部的ISO文件。
7.领导现代生产管理工具的执行以提高生产效率(条形码系统,先进生产计划系统,MES)。
四、制定所需的资源(包括招聘,新设备,培训)并准备相应的预算
1. 根据生产能力的测评以及公司的商业计划,评估出所需的人力资源和设备资源。
2. 准备年度预算包括与生产部有关的所有费用(工资,培训,招聘,投资,消费品)。
Recruiting Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.At least 5-years working experience with manufacturing management , Foundry knowledge and/or experience are a clear advantage
3.Knowledge of product, company work processes and procedure
4.Knowledge of quality control ,ERP system, projects’ plannings, and production planning
5.Good communication and analysis skills
