Major Duties and Responsibilities: (list by order of priority)
I.Insure the workshop’s staff work according to defined routings, company procedures and regulations, insure the Wax Molding progress are controlled and plannings are respected;
1.Insure the safety of the people and equipment present in the Wax Molding shop areas and has full authority for it,
2.Schedule the weekly and daily program of Wax molding
3.Hold the daily meeting of his team and insure the up and down communication
4.Assign the WOs to operators according to workers’ capability and workload.
5.Insure the works are done following company procedures.
6.Insure that the workers follow the workshop management regulation.
7.Insure that work orders are dealt with according to priorities defined by workshop planning coordinator.
8.Insure that Wax Molding work is done according to defined routings by MET, in case he thinks that routing change can improve efficiency,workshop capacity and mostly quality,
ask for MET routing change or written confirmation of current routing and WO update to continue. He is not allowed to decide routings’ modifications.
9.Insure that the rework is done accoring to defined NCR decisions by QC, in case he thinks that the NCR decision could/must be improved, propose to QC and do
according to final QC decision.
10.Contact MET if there is any routing problem during the Wax Molding.
11.Insure the correct use, good maintenance (level 0 maintenance) and daily check of the equipment done by each operator following the instructions, report to maintenance team if any problems.
12.Insure the application of tools or material are controlled and validated according to the management regulation of the consumables and tools made by STO, insure the normal consumption of the consumables and tools.
13.Report the consumption of consumables
14.Participate in the regular or exceptional inventory of consumables and WIP
15.Insure that all the work process parameters are under control (temperature, humidity, …)
16.Replace other Shift team leaders when necessary
17.Report in time the problems/mistakes happen in workshop which can’t be solved by himself.
II.Involve in improving workshop 6S
1.Insure the Wax Molding areas are maintained clean and at defined 6S standard by workers and cleaning staff.
2.Do 6S audit together with 6S team to evaluate the 6S situation in the workshop and give good suggestions for improving.
3.Responsible for 6S improving of Wax Molding area
4.Responsible for specific 6S improving projects assigned by workshop supervisors or production manager.
III. Involve in improving Wax Molding routings and workshop efficiency
1.Give suggestions to MET on the routings that can be further improved.
2.Give suggestions to workshop supervisor or production manager to improve the workshop efficiency.
3.Raise quality risks on products going through Wax Molding to avoid that defective parts could lead to customer issues.
Recruiting Requirement:
1.Senior high schools graduate or above
2.Management skills, knowledge of product, capability of quality control and problem resolving
3.Knowledge of Wax Molding Process and routings

一、确保车间工人遵守工艺、流程及公司规章制度，确保加工进度符合既定的生产计划。
1.确保精铸区域人员和设备的安全；
2.安排每周每日的精铸进度；
3.每日召开班组会议，确保上下级的有效沟通；
4.根据工人的能力和工作量分派工单；
5.确保加工者按照公司流程进行操作；
6.确保加工者在操作过程中遵守车间管理制度；
7.确保工单是根据车间计划协调的给出的优先级进行安排；
8.确保操作工遵照制定的工艺进行加工，如果工人认为改变工艺可以提高生产效率或车间产能，特别是可以提高产品质量，他可以向工艺部提出工艺的更改或在原工艺上作书面的更改确认，并确保工单的一并更新。操作工不能私自更改工艺内容；
9.确保车间根据质检部门出具的不一致报告进行返工，如果他认为不一致报告的结论有问题，可以向质检部建议，但须按照质检部的最终决定执行；
10.在生产过程中如遇到工艺问题，与工艺部联系并反馈问题；
11.确保每个操作工根据指导手册对设备进行正确的使用，必要的维护（0级保养）和日常的检查，如有问题，提报给维修部；
12.根据仓库发布的工具管理条例对操作工的工具/物料领用进行审核确认，确保工具/物料的正常消耗；
13.汇报耗材的使用情况；
14.参加定期或不定期的耗材、在制品的库存盘点；
15.确保所有的工艺参数都符合要求（如温度、湿度等）；
16.必要时暂代其他班组组长职务；
17.及时对自行无法处理的问题或错误进行汇报。
二、参与车间6S的改进。
1.确保在精铸区域，操作者和清洁工按照定义的6S标准进行整理打扫；
2.和6S小组一起对车间6S状况进行检查，并提出改进意见；
3. 负责精铸区域的6S改进；
4. 负责由车间主管或生产经理委派的特定的6S改进项目。
三、参与加工工艺的改进和车间效率的提高。
1.对生产工艺的改进提出建议；
2.给车间主管或生产经理提出改进车间效率的建议。
3. 提出生产过程中可能存在的质量风险，以避免有质量问题的零件到客户地产生不好的影响
任职要求：
1.高中以上学历
2.具有生产管理能力，质量控制能力和解决问题能力
3.熟悉蜡成型工艺流程
