Accountabilities
1. Managing appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas accurately and effectively.
2. Develop and edit correspondence, memoranda, reports and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint effectively.
3. Efficient delivery of general administrative duties including call screening, travel arrangements, visa applications, expense reports and development and maintenance of filing systems.
4. Provide support for the coordination for special events and programs, through good team work.
5. Provide local logistics support for visitors in a friendly manner.
6. Communicate effectively and professionally across the organization
7. Ensure code of conduct compliance

Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
1. Administrative knowledge including calendar management, travel arrangement, meeting/workshop/event arrangement, expense report.
2. Business etiquette
3. Computer & Microsoft software (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint) knowledge

Critical experience
1. At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience is preferable

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities
1. Computer skills; proficient at Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel.
2. Detail and result oriented, good logical thinking
3. Friendly with good communication skills
4. Good oral and written English
