1、有3年以上大中型企业工作经验，有大型液压系统或钢结构设计工作经验者优先；在制造业或机械行业工作经验3年以上，熟悉多种机械设备工作原理，能维修多种机械设备，能熟练运用画图软件、办公软件，最好有在复合材料公司工作的经验；
2、条件优秀者可适当放宽，离退休、下岗优先；
