JOB DESCRIPTION
-Be responsible to new ERP implementation, to define finance processes requirements, participate in analyze and design workshops, execute project tasks, achieve software testing, elaborate trainings for key users and end users.
-Identify area of process improvement especially on cost and be part of the system implementation team by working with various business units and any additional duties as required by the management.
-Holding company reporting files preparation.
-Monthly cost closing, cost calculation and analysis, standard cost set-up, margin analysis.
-Fixed assets management.
-Inventory management.
-Support finance manager to make all the finance analysis report.
-Budgeting and budgetary control.
-Ongoing review of results and initiating action where required on unfavorable or unexplained cost variances

requirements:
1. male is better
2. Bachelor of Accountancy
3. Experience working in a large manufacture factory.
4. At least 2 years of experience in costing and 2 years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
5. A significant experience in a leading ERP software implementation and experience in process improvements will be a plus.
6.Professional written and spoken English skills required

4.有ERP经验或者流程改进经验者优先考虑；
5.良好的英语读写能力。
