RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle AP/AR issues. Make monthly analysis report;

· Handle inventory & cost issues, cost calculations;

· Fixed assets booking and depreciation calculations;

· Entering the voucher into accounting system to update the related journal on daily basis;

· Involve in monthly closing process to make sure all the tasks can meet the deadline;

· Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Associate degree major in Accounting or Finance is required;

· At least 3 years related work experience with foreign investment company prefer from MFG;

· Accountant Certificate is required;

· Good computer literature, familiar with MS-Office, especially word, excel, project, PowerPoint and Access;

· Good English communication both in written and spoken;

· Knowledge of 4^th Shift System is preferred;

· Familiar with AR&AP issues;

· Familiar with Inventory, cost issues & cost calculation;

· Familiar with fixed assets management.
