Main tasks:
主要任务：
1：Responsible for overall environmental, safety and health program of plant. Establishes and implements Industrial Hygiene and safety compliance
program. Promoting state-of-the-art and healthful work practices for the protection of personnel, physical assets and production operations.

2：Assist Production Director in the implementation and enforcement of EHS standard and requirements to achieve site EHS objectives

3：Work out instructions about fire protection, chemical exposure monitoring and storage at site,e.g.monitoring chemical exposure in shopfloor and warehouse

4：File the chemical and Material Safety Data Sheet; Conducting chemical health risk assessment

Work closely with maintainance dept. to be sure all equipments and tools under valid working condition

5：Champion all EHS programs to comply with corporate EHS standards and metrics reporting.

6：Ensure suitable protective equipment is provided and being used correctly in the shopfloor
确保提供车间中有适当的防护设备并能被正确使用

7：Consult and actively advise the management on any revision on the EHS regulations.
咨询并积极提供任何关于环境，健康，安全准则管理方面的意见

8：Design, develop and delivery of EHS training programs, meantime, recommend, provide or coordinate employees' EHS training requirements.
设计，开发和实施环境，健康，安全的培训方案，同时，推荐提供或协调员工的关于环境，健康，安全的培训要求。

9：Develop EHS procedures and continuously review emergency procedures.
开发环境，健康，安全的程序，并不断审核相关的应急程序

10： Interface with relevant Government Department and local enforcement authority.
和相关政府部门和地方执法部门的沟通

11：Investigate accidents and writing reports on their findings.
事故调查和其调查结果报告的撰写

12：Lead plant EHS audit and follow up the corrective actions.
领导工厂的环境健康安全的审计，并对纠正措施的更正

13：All other duties as requested by the Production Director.
生产总监安排的所有其它职责。


任职要求
1、大学本科学历，环境工程等相关专业。
2：具有5年以上EHS相关工作经验，具有注册安全工程师证书尤佳。
3、工作积极主动，认真负责，能独立开展工作。
4：有良好的英语基础。
5：有在欧美企业工作经验者优先。
