职位描述
（轻工：电动工具）
岗位职责：
1、组织进行新品电机（电动工具用无刷电机）的试制及批产导入；
2、解决电机分厂批量生产中的工艺技术问题；
3、解决批量生产中的质量改进，及客户投诉的处理与改进；
4、协助部门进行电机生产的工艺规划，进行前期的工艺研究、储备及提升；
5、协助部门进行生产效率提升的项目推进
岗位要求：
1、5年以上直流无刷电机制造工艺经验，有电动工具用无刷电机制造经验优先；
2、熟悉新品试制及工艺改进的流程及方法；
3、具有良好的组织协调能力，优秀的沟通能力，逻辑性好，能承受较大的工作压力；
4、熟练掌握CAD、EXCEL、WORD等软件；
