RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Responsible for product design and verification. Introduction of technology from DANA abroad

2. Establishing the programs and processes for new product development including: interacting with customers to define product needs investigating new concept potential with respect to manufacturing, cost and marketability; preparing drawings, evaluating product designs; building prototypes samples; conducting product testing.

3. Responsible for meeting customer's build schedules and all quantity, quality and delivery targets of prototype products.

4. Coordinating the program management function with the sales department.

5. Participate in DOS, TS16949 and ISO 14000 activities.

6. Developing improvement plans for product capability.

7. Interfacing with A/E, customers, suppliers, and other management staff as required within the plant and outside the plant.

8. Teaming with production and quality management teams for continuous improvements.

9. Problem solving/process troubleshooting

10. Technical support and verification localization



QUALIFICATIONS


1. Bachelor's degree and above (bachelor included), majoring in mechanics &automation, mechanical &Electrical or Automotive;

2. More than 3 years' development experience in automotive industry, Thermal or sealing parts development experience is preferred;
3. Skilled in Pro-E software;
4. Possess good GD&T knowledge"
5. Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge (i.e. mechanical designing, mechanics of material, mechanics of project);
6. Possess analyzing and solving abilities (clear-minded)
7. Good self-controlling ability
8. Familiar with TS 16949 quality system;
9. Good English ,listening, speaking ,reading, writing and interpreting;
10.Familiar with product development system of Automotive company, Well known in GM ,VW or Ford product development system is preferred.
