职位描述Job Description:
1.费用控制及审核 Expenses Controlling and Audit
1)审核所有员工的费用报销及预支单 Auditing reimbursement and personal advance for all staff expenses.
2)负责公司个人费用报销账务处理并定期与员工对帐 Responsible for personal advance and expenses reimbursement and reconcile with staff periodically
3)审核所有非生产性物品采购 Auditing all non-production purchase
4)负责定义成本中心和确保ERP系统中的信息与成本中心的信息一致 In charge of cost centre definition and ensure the consistency of information in ERP system and real cost centre.
5)根据要求维护ERP中的会计科目及明细科目 Maintaining general account codes and sub account codes in ERP according to needs
6)审核所有AP和GL总账凭证在ERP系统中的正确性 Validating and ensuring the correctness for all AP and GL vouchers in ERP system
7)登记所有资产记录及资产付款明细 Register all assets record and payment by details

2.关帐及制定报表 Monthly and yearly closing, preparing financial reporting
1)月底关闭ERP中的工单，与成本控制共同检查及分析ERP中的差异 Closing working orders in ERP each end of month. Check and analysis variance with costing controller together.
2)负责员工工资及员工社保费用的计提的帐务处理 In charge of the accounting entry for salary and social endowments accruals
3)确保账目信息和档案、凭证装订和报表的完整性和整洁性 Ensuring the internality of accounting information and files, binding vouchers and reporting files tidily

3.财务报告 Finance Report
1)向地方政府机构提交法定的财务报告Submitting legal financial reports to local authorizations.
2) 向佛吉亚集团提供基于中国财务制度编制的财务报告.Providing Faurecia financial reports established according to PRC GAAP.
3)参与佛吉亚集团的报告和分析 Involving in Faurecia group report and analysis.

4.附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions


岗位要求Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历 Bachelor Degree or above；
2.具有3年或以上汽车或机械行业相关工作经验,2年财务主管工作经验 Experience in automotive industry or mechanical manufacturing industry more than 3 years,2 years experiences on supervisors position
3.中级以上会计职称 Intermediate accounting qualification required.
4.熟练使用英语 Bi-lingual (English required).
