JOB DESCRIPTION---Sales manager for GI BU
POSITION: sales manager for MV products , Shanghai / or Guangzhou base
Role:
？ Focus on general industry except OG and Mining, directs the sales of TMEIC’s Products and or/Service around the China, TMEIC product means TMEIC motor, VFD, UPS and other relatives products.
？ Focus on business development and TMEIC’ products on general industries and other relative application on general industries,
？ Supervise the selection and development of optimum sales channel for general industry around China.
？ Setting up and co-operating the sales team follow the projects and reach the sales objects.
？ Maintained and enhance the business of key customers of company in the assigned industry.
？ Internal sales supports and charge in projects authority management
Responsibilities:
？ Prepare plans and manage the business development effort for the assigned industry under the direction of the Sales director or General Manager.
？ Responsible for finding new strategic accounts for TMEIC products business in assigned industry.
？ Building strategic partner relationship with design institute and key system integrators in assigned industry.
？ Developing potential OEM ,EPC or EMCo., customer among the assigned industry
？ Prepare annual regional sales forecasts and relative sales plan
？ Prepare sales expense estimates for the assigned area
？ Participating the recruitment, selection and training of independent sales representative agencies within the area in assigned industry
？ Ensure maximum sales growth for TMEIC products in the assigned industry.
？ Interface with other associate to coordinate team-selling actives.
？ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Sales target for 2016B-2017A
During 2016Bto 2017A, the order target is 20 million in total for all TMEIC products in general industry.
Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree in electric engineering or electric automation,
？ At least 5 years’ experience in industry work and a minimum 2 years’ experience in electric motor &drive application, Experience for sales for MV frequency drive with priority.
？ English required, excellent oral and written communication skill
？ Frequency business trip requested.
？ Strong computer skill
？ Strong team work spirit
