Responsibilities:

1.Take lead in initiation, follow up and closure of all Supplier Corrective Actions. Keep all record for supplier OISR.
2.Drive supplier improvement towards corporate PPM, Incident Rate and as required On-Time Delivery performance targets.
3.Lead regular supplier process audit, product audit and risk mitigation (action) plans as needed and required.
4.Process review and recommend approval or rejection for Supplier PPAP Submissions.
5.Monitor and report supplier improvement metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
6.Assist with supplier process improvements and data analysis.
7.Visit suppliers on a variety of quality issues - Job requires approximately 50% travel
8.As needed, assist in development of new suppliers through participation in Supplier Systems Assessments (SSA) and Process Series Reviews (PSR)
9.Other duties as assigned to meet operational objectives.



Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering discipline. 8+ years quality engineer/product engineer/ Manufacturing engineer.
2.Bachelor degree or above, major in Metal material engineering/ Heat treatment
3.Familiar with gear manufacturing, Heat-treatment, inspection method. Direct metal product manufacturing experience:
4.Knowledge about TS16949 system, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, process audit and product audit.
5.Understand Quality Engineering tools able to assess Quality and Manufacturing processes, mistake-proofing, problem solving etc.
6.Good communication skill and team work spirit
7.Good Written and verbal skills in English
8.Will to travel.
