The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver a high degree of initiative and is accountable for the thorough implementation of all tasks assigned. Job Responsibilities:

？ Responsible for the following: internal audit, external audit and customer audits and complaints management, documentation control, field safety corrective actions and implementation, risk management.
负责管理和协调内外部审核，客户审核及客户投诉管理，文件控制，现场安全纠正措施和实施风险管理等工作。
？ Responsible for the maintenance, improvement and assessment of the effectiveness of the quality management system, in accordance with Company standards and compliant with all applicable national /international regulations.
负责维护，改进和评估质量管理体系的有效性，需要符合公司标准，并符合所有适用的国家/国际法规.
？ Develop and/or revise quality policies and procedures. Provide training in company quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality Management System is understood and followed.
制定和修改质量管理方针和程序，组织公司质量管理的政策和程序的培训，确保质量管理体系的理解和执行
？ Manage Customer complaints reporting system, providing analysis, investigation, reports and feedback to management, customers and authorities as required.
管理客户投诉报告系统，提供分析，调查，报告和反馈管理，根据客户和政府的要求。
？ Responsible for incoming quality, process quality, outgoing quality control, to boost overall process improvement by utilizing quality tools and lean thinking, and control quality cost.
负责进货质量管理，过程质量管理及出厂质量控制管理。灵活运用各种质量工具和精益思想推动全过程质量改进，控制质量成本。
？ Work with sourcing dept. for supplier selection, assessment, coaching and performance management.
与采购部合作：参与供应商的选择，评估，培训和绩效管理。
？ Work with Engineering on daily sample approval.
参与工程日常样品的批准工作。
？ Responsible for certification process and budgeting as well which includes CE and UL etc.
负责产品认证流程及预算，以及包括CE和UL等。
？ Monitor regulation released by the regulatory authorities and provide relevant regulatory supports to company personnel.
跟踪和维护相关法规，给予公司员工相关的法律法规的支持。

Basic Qualifications:
？ Junior Colleague or above, mechanical/electronic engineering is preferred.
    大专以上学历，机械/电子工程优先。
？ Minimum 5 years experiences as quality manager
    至少5年以上质量经理岗位经验。
？ High integrity, strong sense of responsibility.
    诚信可嘉，责任心强。
？ Strong communication/coordinating skills to coordinate relevant departments in working.
    较强的沟通/协调能力，做好相关部门的协调工作。
？ Certain ability of solving problem and organizing effectively.
    具备解决问题和组织实施工作的能力。
？ Familiar with international and Chinese regulations linked with ISO, SA8000,TS16949 (IATF16949) and quality related.
    熟悉国内国际认证及法律法规相关要求.
？ Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to specified deadlines.
    能够成功地优化和管理多个任务，同时在规定的最后期限内完成。
？ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
