职位描述：
Responsibilities,
1. Leader SQE Team for daily management
2. Take lead in initiation, follow up and closure of all Supplier Corrective Actions.
3. Use Dana systems to drive supplier improvement towards corporate PPM, Incident Rate and as required On-Time Delivery performance targets.
4. Lead regular supplier process audits and risk mitigation (action) plans as needed and required.
5. Process, review and recommend approval or rejection for Supplier PPAP Submissions.
6. Monitor and report supplier improvement metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
7. As required, assist with supplier process improvements and data analysis.
8. Develop new samples and lead PPAP approval about Dana internal supplier parts.
9. Develop new samples and lead PPAP approval about MTC parts
10. As required, visit suppliers on a variety of quality issues – Job requires approximately 30% travel
11. As needed, assist in development of new suppliers through participation in Supplier Systems Assessments (SSA) and Process Series Reviews (PSR)
12. As needed, participate in major re-sourcing projects.
13. Other duties as assigned to meet operational objectives.

Requirements,
1. Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical/metal material engineering/heat treatment or related area.
2. Preferably in engineering discipline. 8+ years’ quality engineer/product engineer/ manufacturing engineer, automotive experience. OEM or Tier 1 preferred.
3. Familiar with casting, gear manufacturing, heat-treatment, inspection method. Direct metal product manufacturing experience.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a team environment and also handle projects consisting of varying priorities and complexities.
5. Have a good understanding/knowledge about TS 16949. Good capability of making quality and process audit familiar with quality tools, such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 7 basic quality tools.
6. Understand quality engineering tools, able to assess quality and manufacturing processes, lean, mistake-proofing, problem solving etc.
7. Good communication skill and team work spirit in cross function team.
8. Good command of English, both in written and oral.
