职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for daily production, make up production schedule, optimize material, working flow to ensure stable production to meet customer requirements.
负责日常生产，根据生产计划控制过程，优化物料和生产流程确保稳定生产以满足客户要求。
2. Control production cost, improve production quality to achieve annual cost quality target.
控制生产成本，提高产品质量以达到年度质量目标。
3. Coordinate with other departments to resolve production problem.
协调其他部门解决生产问题。
4. 5S management.
现场5s管理。
5. Organize training to support production.
组织培训以支持生产。
6. To push line leader to meet the requirement of production.
督促生产线长完成生产目标。
7. Can be on shift duty.
能适应倒班。

 
QUALIFICATIONS
1. University degree in Engineering.
大学工程专业毕业。
2. At least 3 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing management. 2 years team leader experience is prefer.
至少3年机械制造工厂管理经验。2年以上独立带班经验优先。
3. Knowledge of ISO9000/QS9000, TS16949 is preferred.
了解ISO9000/QS9000, TS16949优先。
4. Self-motivated, manful and cooperative.
主动积极有合作精神。
5. Experience in Lean manufacturing is prefer.
