职位描述：
Independent Contract Field Garment Quality Assurance Inspector

We are a well-established USA based garment manufacturer recruiting an Independent Contract Garment Field Quality Assurance Inspector working in factory located in Siyang County, Suqian District and occasionally travel to Binhai County, Yancheng District, Jiangsu Province.

Job description:
1. Total Quality Assurance – From receipt of fabric to final inspection. Conduct pre-production meeting, in-line and final garment quality inspections based on a 2.5 AQL System and report/resolve any problems
2. Enforce quality expectations based on Company standards and requirements
3. Investigate Defect Claims in Garment Factories and work for resolution
4. Present quality strategies to reduce defects, lower costs and ensure the overall garment quality
5. Production Control – Work closely with USA & HK staff via e-mail & Skype by providing on-site info such as WIP status, shipping delays, quality issues, etc…

Job Requirement:

? Minimum 5 years garment related experience in wovens & knits for an overseas buying office or manufacturer selling to the USA Market
? Ability to identify and resolve fabric/garment quality-related issues
? Technical knowledge & education of fabric, pattern making and garment construction
? Good English and Excellent Mandarin oral and written communication skills
? Computer literate – maintaining controls and documentation procedures
? Mature, Honest, Hard Working and ability to work independently
