职位描述：
1. 行政事务支持Admin issues support
1) 有效协调班车管理Coordinate the shuttle bus management efficiently
2) 协助处理突发情况，协调相关交通及费用办理Help to handle the contingency and the relevant issues, such as contingent transportation arrangement and reimbursement
3) 送餐公司的沟通协调Communication and coordination with the catering company
4) 办理相关行政费用的支付，并管理相关票据Handle the relevant general affair payments, and manage the relevant bills and documents
5) 根据要求协助组织及准备相关会议和活动Help to organize and prepare relevant meetings and events upon requirements
6) 协调管理访客来访Coordinate and manage the visitors and relevant visiting events
7) 办公用品的采购及管理 Office supplier management
8) 会议室管理 Meeting room control
9) 员工PPE采购和管理 PPE Management
2. 客户及高层访客接待 Reception of visitors from customer and Faurecia group
1) 负责为来自佛吉亚总部的访客预定酒店Reserve hotel for all visitors
2) 安排接机确认 Arrange airport pick up
3. 人事事务支持 Staffing issues support
1) 新员工入职资料准备及收集 Handle the new employee enrolment and prepare the relevant document
2) 劳动合同鉴证及退工手续办理Labor Contract Management (certification and termination)
4. 附加及其它工作任务 Others
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) 参与员工激励子系统的各项活动Participate the Employee Empowerment activities
3) 部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
4) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by line manager
