职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. IATF 16949 quality management experience.
2. New project quality development experience.
3. Responsible for internal and external audit such as third party audit, customer audit, process audit, product audit, Layer process audit.
4. Responsible for internal process improvement and quality problem trouble shooting and continuous improvement.
5. Deal with customer complaint with 8D methodology.
6. Responsible for quality reporting such as monthly report, weekly report for internal defect rate, external PPM.
7. Comply with quality requirements from customer/headquarter internally and systematically.
8. Support deployment of the quality tool and best practice, internal quality tool and procedure training.
9. Supplier quality management experience is preferred.
10. Lean Production experience is preferred.
11. Other tasks assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree majored in Mechanics or Electronics.
2. Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in automotive quality system.
3. Good experience on Quality System TS16949, familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D report, 5 why
