KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Input and maintenance the project basic information;
2. Draft or make business documents, reports or forms;
3. Collect and manage customers‘ and suppliers’ information;
4. In charge of contracts management: contracts’ collection, archive, sorting, etc.;
5. Using legal expertise to form strategies and measures to ensure legal protection of the company;
6. Manage all commercial activities related to contracts - lease agreements, partnerships etc;
7. Provide advice about development activities and keeping the organization safe from any possible legal litigation;
8. Ensure legal compliance of all activities of the company;
9. Meet customers and help to negotiate contract terms and conditions;
10. Assess contracts and make sure that the terms & conditions are in the interest of the company Forming rules and regulations for different operations;
11. In charge of company licenses renews and annual check;
12. In charge of company licenses, company stamps and important documents' management；
13. Handle matters like permits, commercial tax, and licenses:
1) Handle commercial licensing - filing patents, technical contracts and getting commercial operations permits;
2) Handle all court cases and resolving disputes about commercial legal litigations.
14.Insure Annual Insurance
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
'1.Minimum 2 years private law firm working experience ; A law degree will be preferable;
2.Strong experience with AR collection process and litigation process
3.Rich experience with commercial contracts reviewing
4.Rich experience with Project related commercial projects
5.Strong knowledge about Chinese laws & regulations;
6.Must be able to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
7.Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
8.Excellent writing skills both in English and Chinese;
