职位描述：
1) Monitor and push the PC&L Improvement Projects，insure the actual department saving achieve the target.

2) Find out the opportunities for cost saving in supply chain, make action plan and push the implement

3) Push plant PC&L FES Audit preparation and lead standardized work implement for each function of PC&L

4) Participate with team leader to improvement DT program in plant

5) Participate with warehouse manager to improvement the inventory accuracy

6) Leader the external MIFD in PC&L

7) Take-lead the VC program in PC&L

8) Improvement the information flow and mate-rial flow in Shopfloor

9) Improvement the HSE with warehouse manager

10) Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of department performance

11) Participate to logistic Top 5 and report material situation and supplier performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated.

12) Implement logistics improvement actions, in coordination with the other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency …)

13) Logistic performance follow up and improvement

14) Ensure transparent timely communication with the Line Manager
