人才加速培养过程：现场实习，Faurecia 管理系统培训，管理实践，重要岗位任职。
培养目标岗位：生产GAP Leader， 生产主管，现场工程师，质量工程师等相关管理岗位。

岗位任职资格：
1.机械、车辆工程等工科专业或管理类专业；
2.有兴趣从事制造工厂生产与管理工作；
3.具有快速的学习能力；
4.有能力承受较强的工作压力和挑战，具备吃苦耐劳的品质；
5.较好的主动性、积极性、前瞻性、判断力、果敢、乐观、诚信、思想成熟、团队协作；
6.统招大学本科学历，良好的英文水平。
