Responsibilities:

1. Process support for Thermal and MLS production.
负责热交换和密封件车间的工艺支持。
2. Daily defect product analysis, conduct continuous improvement to reduce scrap rate.
日常不良的跟踪，实施持续改进措施来降低报废率。
3. New equipment/fixtures/tools design and drawing management.
新设备工装夹具的设计和图纸管理。
4. Follow existing equipment/fixtures/tools/gauges continuous improvement.
跟踪现有生产工装设备并进行合理的持续改进。
5. New program Overseeing & troubleshooting production start-up.
新项目的生产跟踪和问题的解决。
6. Other tasks assigned by manager.
其他上级安排的事务。


Qualifications:

1. Strong Auto CAD/(or Pro E) understand or design ability.
AutoCAD/ProE 机械设计技能熟练。
2. Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
机械工程或车辆工程相关专业学士学位。
3. Fluent oral and writing English skills.
熟练的英文沟通能力。
4. Positive and active work attitude, good team work, communication ability.
