职位描述：
1 根据项目的客户技术规范，为叶片模具与工装新项目设计电气控制控制系统，系统需符合CE，UL，GB等的安全规范。
Based on project specification, make the electrical control system design as per machine electrical standards,(CE, UL，GB etc.)
2 分析改进现有电控系统，领导电控系统持续改进项目。
Analyse the current control system, lead the continuous improving project of the control system.
3绘制电气原理图，接线图，控制柜布局图，制作电控系统BOM表，控制系统操作维修说明书，备品备件清单。
Making the electrical schematics, wiring diagram, BOM, Spare part list, Manual,and other project related documents.
4. 电控系统编程，制作系统测试规程
Do the programming of control system, and set the process of testing.
5. 指导电工进行电控柜接线和系统接线，支持客户现场的项目电控系统验收与培训工作。
Guide the electrical worker for the assembly of control cabinet, wire connection on the mould. Support the project acceptance test and training job about the electrical system.
6 根据整体项目要求，制作电控系统设计，采购，制作，调试等的工作计划，确保项目完工。
According to the project overall schedule, make the schedule of electrical control subsystem. Insure the project succeeded.
7. 在设计，采购，生产，安装调试与验收和其它工程沟通协作，确保电控子系统和其它系统协调工作。
Communicate with other engineer and department, make sure the electrical control system is integrated with other subsystem of the blade tooling.
8 领导安排的其它工作
Other tasks assigned by superior.
工作经验要求Experience:
三年以上非标设备或者系统的自动化电控子系统设计制作经验。
At least 3 years electrical control system design experiences of non-standard equipment.
岗位资格Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，能用英语进行本专业的交流与沟通
College or above and have good English ability.
2. 熟悉低压电控柜与配电柜的设计制作，能用EPLAN或者Autocad进行电控系统图纸的绘制。
Good experiences in low voltage switchgear and control cabinet design, proficient in E-paln/autocad software to making the electrical drawing.
3 熟悉电控行业的相关国际标准和他们在行业里的落实执行情况，比如 2006/95/EC, EN ISO 12100 2011, EN 60204-1:2006
Familiar with related international standard ®ulations and know the state of art for the application of these standard, such as 2006/95/EC, EN ISO 12100 2011, EN 60204-1:2006
4. 熟悉低压 电控柜电气元器件的选型（PLC, 接触器，继电器，变压器，传感器，开关，指示灯等）， 能够进行两种PLC和HMI的编程。
Familiar with market popular control components ( PLCs ，contactors, relays, transformers, HMIs, buttons, lighters, sensors ,etc )，be capable of programming of at least two kinds of PLC and HMI independently programming.
5. 良好的沟通组织技能，善于学习
Well communication and organization skill, quick learning ability.
6. 熟悉电控系统安装，有丰富的现场调试与故障维修技能
Familiar with automation installation,Have the experiences of trouble shooting on site, capacity to be a problem solver.
7. 愿意出差
Able to travel frequently to visit customers.
