职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Use Stage Gate process and tools to manage all new programs and VAVE/Resourcing programs
2.Liaise with Purchasing, Engineering, Business Development, Finance and other involved functions to assure the best material cost in the Proforma for new OE inquiry
3.Work cross region to understand cost and supply chains to ensure best total cost get applied to new inquires.
4.Coordination of the required new program activities to 3 months post start of production (SOP) using the program management techniques in conjunction with the Advanced Production Quality Plan (APQP)-based processes used with each internal / external supplier.
5.Work with Program Manager and Engineers to ensure BOM, drawing and specification, ready for buyers to enable supplier sourcing
6.Liaise with various departments, to assure successful on-time launch for PPAP and SOP.
7.Lead complete program plan development and work breakdown to insure timely launch.
8.Plan, lead & conduct timely team meetings and program status reviews for all BOM components.
9.Communicate and present project status through reports and program management reviews at all levels including status of suppliers jeopardizing launch
10.Identify and resolve project issues, elevating to management as appropriate for expedient resolution.
11.Provide oversight and guidance for communication channels for significant program information & data
12.Track all BOM components pricing to budget pricing for program launch.
13.Assure that supplier component approvals are coordinated with Plant Quality and that all component OISR’s are tracked, fed-back and closed.
14.Support Post-launch VA/VE initiatives where appropriate to drive cost out or solve quality/engineering issues

Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related degree is required. Technical degree, Masters or MBA a plus.
2.Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in procurement.
3.Prior work experience for a global company that has demonstrated “best practices” in supply management preferred.
4.Job-Related Experience Required:
