Responsibilities:
1. Identify, diagnose, research and resolve incidents for users of PC software, hardware and network issue
2. Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, electronically, in person and advise internal customer of the appropriate action
3. Maintain and ensure accuracy of all asset information for all PC’s, printers, mobile phones, monitors and defined peripherals
4. Coordinate timely repair of IT equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements
5. Perform iOS/Android mobile phone diagnosis/setup and repair
6. Ensure all incidents are resolved against SLAs
7. Report on health of the help desk and support using uptime and ticket-related performance metrics
8. Track and report all open and closed incidents to leadership teams
9. Proactively learn and train other staff members on new product and service technologies
Education/Experience:
1. College degree or above in Information Systems or related field
2. Above 5 years work experience for the similar position
3. Experience using help desk ticketing software
4. Experience with Active Directory, data network, fix phone network
5. Experience with MS Office 2007 - 2013 & Windows 7 – 10
6. Desktop and laptop PC’s, printers, CCTV and networking
7. Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation
8. Familiarity with ITILv3 or related service delivery frameworks
9. Excellent written skill in English
