Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site installation, commissioning and acceptance services for Multitest systems

• Provide maintenance and repair services for Multitest systems solutions including hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems

• Install and optimize hardware/software products updates and configurations at customer sites.

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and solving system problems, advising customers on support issues, best known methods/practices and configurations, which may impact product system uptime performance.

• Continually acquires new product support knowledge through dedicated training and builds on learning using hands-on exercises, self study and OJT.

• Contribute and execute to plan customer support strategies to meet support and business objectives

• Conduct support service trainings, mentoring associate engineers and co- trainer in customer trainings as needed

• Work as a dependable part of a larger project team.

• Understand and applies Solution Planning & Implementation standards.

• Interface well with customer independently.

• Develop and build strong linkages into division

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.

· Good knowledge of semiconductor assembly and test industry. Preferably having experiences developing test programs or have supported test applications on at least one of the following product or technologies: Advantest, Verigy, LTX-Credence, Teradyne, MEMs testing, load board design and sockets.

· Good command of written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.

· Flexibility and willingness to travel and support customers globally.

· Motivated team player.

· Customer-oriented attitude and approach.

· Willing to take on new challenges and learning.
