职位说明：
To monitor improve product reliability quality in close interaction with customer care, PD, Manufacturing, sourcing & quality
与客户服务、技术部、生产部、采购部以及质量部保持密切联系，改进产品质量可靠性
To continuously improve quality of bought out components through close interaction with suppliers, sourcing, PD customer care by arresting the problem reported internal external customers, quality development of new/modify components during new component/supplier introduction
收集内、外销市场客户反馈的问题，并且在引入新的零配件或者供应商时的新零配件开发或者旧零配件改进的过程中，与供应商、采购、技术以及客户服务保持紧密联系，持续改进零配件的质量。Background/Job Requirement:
任职资格：

1. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
职责和主要目标：

• Manage & coordinate all CQA improvement teams & related activities to improve the product reliability in according to the assigned target.
  管理并且指导所有客户质量保证小组工作，改进产品可靠性，实现既定目标
• Estimate the risks associated with product development； enable coordinate reclamation campaigns； manage technically product liability
  与技术部合作预估产品风险，协助整改项目的完成，管理产品技术方面的能力
• Drive customer quality improvements function along with Customer Care
  与客户服务部协作，领导改进产品质量的工作
• Continuously improve Quality of bought out components through, close interaction with suppliers & Internal process owner like PD & Sourcing
  与供应商，以及公司内部相关部门如技术部&采购部紧密合作，持续改进零配件质量
• Planning & conducting technical review of supplier while sourcing along with Product Development & Sourcing
  于技术部、采购部协作制定供应商技术能力回顾计划并执行
• Evaluation & approval the supplier in collaboration with Product Development & Sourcing
  与技术部、采购部共同验证和批准供应商
• Identification of critical process controls & implementation at supplier end for newly developed & modified parts, Implementing initiatives ex； Firewalls at supplier
  &#8226；； Monitoring product performance trends in the field through Warranty RPH & PCR data customer care
  通过三包RPH，PCR数据，监控市场上产品的质量性能趋势
• Reduction in RPH, PCR & warranty cost by timely resolution of all the warranty quality problems
  通过及时解决三包质量问题，减少PRH，PCR以及三包成本

4. Qualification
资历
Graduate with specialization in Mechanical/ Automobile engineering
毕业于机械/汽车工程专业

5. Competencies个人能力

• Expert in problem solving methodology熟悉解决问题的方法
• 熟悉Green Belt in Six Sigma的优先考虑Preferably Green Belt in Six Sigma
• Good inter personal skill

• Functional expertise
