职位说明：
To work on improving the quality of bought out components through close interaction with suppliers, sourcing, PD customer care by arresting the problem reported internal external customers, quality development of new/modify components during new component/supplier introduction
通过与供应商、采购、技术和三包人员的紧密衔接进行改进购买件的质量，参考内部和外部顾客所报告的品质问题、以及新产品/引进供应商新产品/更新产品的品质

1. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
职责和主要目标：
Evaluate new suppliers & represent Quality in Supplier Technical Review as a part of team with PD & Sourcing
评估新的供应商代表，参与供应商技术评估，参与技术和采购部进行技术审查
Identification of critical process controls & implementation at supplier end for newly developed & modified parts
在供应商端的识别关键过程控制和实施新制定和修改的部分
Conduct PPAP approval by document verifications, onsite process verification for New modified components.
进行PPAP批准文件核查，现场为新的和修改组件的过程验证
Reporting of non conformities to the suppliers on regular basis follow-up with supplier for corrective & preventive actions implementation through document s (SCAPA or 8D Report) on Quality issues reported at receipt, Line & the customer end.
报告不符合定期对供应商和供应商的纠正和预防措施，通过执行文件后续（斯卡帕或8D报告），收据，从客户端线及报告的质量问题的。
Co-ordinate with supplier, PD, Sourcing & CQA for improving the production reliability by initiation the corrective & preventing action for identify projects Internal Customer & Warranty
与供应商协调，PD，采购及CQA由开始提高生产的可靠性，纠正和预防行动，为确定项目从内部客户和保修
Interact with supplier for analysis Corrective actions on Quality issues reported by RQA & CQA.
与RQA公司及CQA报告的质量问题进行分析和纠正措施的供应商进行交互
2. Experience经验
2-4 years of relevant experience in case of graduate engineers 4-6 years in case of Jr. college
应届毕业生工程师2-4年相关工作经验，大专4-6年工作经验
3. Industry Preferred
