职位描述：
1. 管理层沟通协调 Management Team Coordination
1) 沟通落实总经理的指令，并准确向总经办汇报各部门的信息Communicates the directions of the General Manager with each department Managers, and/or reports the information submitted by each department accurately to Direction
2) 协助总经办安排会议议程和组织会议，做会议记录并跟踪落实行动计划 Schedules and arranges meetings held by Direction. And take the meeting minutes, as well as follow up the action plan.
2. 总经办报告及文件管理 Direction Report and Document Management
1) 协助总经办完成每月营运报告和营运审核 Help the Direction to finish the monthly OPS Pack and OPS Review
2) 起草总经办的商务信件、报告和文件,建立和维护文件资料和记录 Draft business letters, reports and documents for Direction & Establishes and maintains files and records
3) 处理保密信息和其他总经办指派的公司任务Handles confidential information or other business assignments from Direction
3. 工厂经理行政事项 Plant Manager Administration
1) 接听工厂经理电话和留言Answers telephone calls and takes messages for Plant Manager
2) 为工程经理安排旅程和相关预订Makes reservations and travel arrangements for Plant Manager
3) 担任工厂经理的口译和笔译Translate & Interpret for Plant Manager
4) 当工厂经理不在时，及时向工厂经理汇报紧急事件Report emergency issues in time to Plant Manager while the Plant Manager are out
4. 高层访客接待 Reception of visitors from Faurecia and GSK headquarter
负责为来自佛吉亚总部的访客预定酒店Reserve hotel for all visitors from Faurecia headquarter
接机确认 Confirm airport pick up
5. 内外部沟通管理 External and Internal Communication Management
1) 协助人力资源经理制定年度沟通计划Coordinate HR Manager to define annual communication plan
2) 将年度沟通计划分解为月度沟通行动方案 Deploy annual communication plan to monthly actions
3) 组织并执行工厂内外部沟通会议或相关活动 Organize and implement external and internal communication meeting and activities
4) 负责工厂内沟通信息的创建及更新 Responsible for plant communication board establish and update
5) 负责与政府及新闻机构有关公共关系的沟通 Public communication with government and press agency
6) 内部刊物的编制及发行 Internal Newsletter and Flash edit and publish
7) 开发员工沟通工具 Develop communication tools
8) 与中国区及集团沟通职能的交流及协作 Network with China Division and Group communication function
9) 其他有关沟通 Others related with communication
6. 附加及其它工作任务 Others
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) 参与员工激励子系统的各项活动Participate the Employee Empowerment activities
3) 保证和人力资源经理的透明和及时沟通,在培训方面与其他人力资源专员合作 Ensure transparent timely communication with HR manager & Cooperate with other HR officer on the training point of view.
4) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by line manager

Requirements岗位需求：
o 1年以上汽车制造行业工作经验;至少2年以上外企助理或秘书经验1 year above foreign invested company working experiences; At least 2 years above foreign invested enterprise assistant or secretariat working experiences
