We are now looking for a Senior Key Account Manager for our Fehrer JV, who will be based at Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

- To introduce Fehrer products range to strategic OEM customers and develop & create new business opportunities through direct engineering and purchasing engagement. Recognition of customer objectives and alignment of new projects.
- Presentation of new products and technologies to the customers.
- Preparation of development, series and spare parts offers, including to initiate, conduct and implement the whole quotation process.
- Preparation and presentation of customer-specific innovations in coordination with engineering and customer divisions.
- Cost negotiations on all project, including development, CAD, tools and equipment, tests, sample parts, series prices, cost allocations, amortization agreements etc..
- To coordinate the communication and activities between internal departments and customers.
- To obtain the newest updated calculations in the context of change management with followed negotiations with customers.
- To support the engineering and customer divisions, handle and follow-up customer orders, submit feedback information and customer’s comments, and act as an interface between customers and different functional departments within company;
- Keep contact and communication with customers, provide support for information inquired by customers.
- To fulfill the tasks according to the specifications of the Co’s Structure Manual.

Requirements:
- Experience on auto interior field is a must;
- Proficient mastery of both oral and written English – is a must!
- Background and experience in project management at automotive industry field is required;
- Familiar with customer quotation processes and be able to develop close relationship with customer to maintain account profitability;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both on technical and commercial aspects;
- Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- More than 5 years experience in multinational company, with strong sales experience in automotive background;
- Bachelor degree or above with Business Management/Trading or Bachelor degree in automotive engineering/mechanical;
- Willing for business trips.
