职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Organize, plan and direct Manufacturing Engineering and Tooling Maintenance team management.
2. Development department goals, priorities and actions plans, measure and report the result.
3. Support production to meet daily production output target and scrap target.
4. Identify and implement manufacturing cost reduction and quality improvement activities, improve the manufacturing method, tooling and layout.
5. Direct manufacturing’s participation in new product development, introduction, relocation, transfer and new process design.
6. Provide manufacturing capacity study and investment proposal.
7. Ensuring department activities meet company Safety, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 and TS16949 standards.
8. Developing Manufacturing Engineering & Tooling Maintenance team for growth.
9. Other tasks assigned by Plant General Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering, Materials, Engineering Technology or other related disciplines.
2. At least 5 years Automotive/Construction Axle design or related manufacturing environment.
3. Broad knowledge of machine design principles, mistake proofing and ergonomics.
4. Be familiar in usage of CAD, PRO-E.
5. With Project Management knowledge and skills.
6. Working knowledge and Experience in ISO9000/QS9000，TS/16949. Be familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP
7. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Self-motivated and cooperative. Strong interpersonal skills.
