职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Responsibilites:

1. 系统维护 System Maintain
1) 在ERP系统中设立物料的安全库存 Maintain in ERP safety stock for components
2) 根据客户更新的计划，相应调整和控制库存，并对库存准确率进行分析 Material inventory analysis and control basing on customer’s updated schedule
2. 供应商管理 Supplier Management
1) 根据ERP的运行结果，更新供应商的送货计划,并负责每周向供应商发布滚动预测和定单 Update deliveries schedule after running ERP, release the rolling purchasing schedule to suppliers every week.
2) 负责追踪到货,并评估和监督供应商的供货表现Tracing and maintain suppliers deliveries, and review and monitor the supplier’s delivery performance
3. 其他Others
处理部分ERP数据录入工作 Handing some data maintain in ERP
4. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) 与物料主管和内部客户进行有效的，及时的沟通 Ensure transparent timely communication with material supervisor and internal customers
3) 配合管理人员一起提高部门业绩 Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of department performance
4) 参与物流部5分钟晨会，汇报物料状况和供应商状况Participate to logistic Top 5 and report material situation and supplier performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated.
5) 直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Other temporary task arranged by line manager

要求 Requirements:

2年以上制造型行业物流方向相关经验，本科以上学历，英语熟练
2 years above planning / logistic related working experience, bachelor degree above, fluent oral and written English

1. Excel, Word等办公软件的使用 Use Excel, Word… Officer software
2. ERP系统的使用 ERP system use
3. MRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解 MRP logistic understanding
4. BOM 的了解 BOM understanding
5. 库存分析能力 inventory analysis
6. 进出口业务的流程 import and export business process
7. EFI/C-Parten客户系统的了解 Familiar with EFI/C-Partner system.
8. 供应商管理和供货业绩评估能力 Supplier management and delivery performance assessment skill
