工作职责：
1、工艺分析和研究，优化工艺路线；
2、改善平面工艺布置；
3、持续改进（含设计）现场设备；
4、通过参与现场改进，不断更新PFMEA；
5、持续改进生产线平衡，实现生产工艺优化；
6、推进标准化工作；
7、充分考虑物料供应和现场搬运；
8、定时对产品做拆分分析以验证BOM数据的准确性；
9、工时测量和人机工程学分析MTM/AGREPT

任职要求：
1、制造业两年工艺工程相关工作经验；
2、英语能力良好，office办公软件熟练操作；

The yearly capacity will reach to 5 million units of slides after it starts mass production, which will satisfy the increasing needs of mechanism devices from automotive makers in Asia. Faurecia Yancheng Plant is located in Yancheng Economic-Technical Development Zone. Yancheng’s Slide Production Lines include slide assembly lines, laser welding lines, painting lines and stamping lines in order to satisfy increasing business needs.
