Responsibility:
1)解决工艺和工作指导中出现的问题；Solve the problems in the process and work instruction.
2)指导技术员和操作工设定工艺参数和操作机器; Direct technicians and operators to set the process
parameters and operate the machine.
3)不断改进注塑工艺；Constantly improve the molding process.
4)与模具或维护人员合作制定维护工作指导书，负责注塑机及相关设备的日常维护；
Cooperate with tool or maintenance personnel to set the maintenance work instruction. Responsible for the
Molding machine and related equipment daily maintenance.
5)与模具设计人员合作解决模具设计、制造或使用中出现的问题；Cooperate with the tool designer to solve the problems during the tool design, manufacture or usage.

Qualification:
1) 大学学历，理科专业；University level degree in Science
2) 具有3-5年注塑方面相关工作经验Mechanical and 3 to 5 years' related work experience
3) 良好的写作能力；Good writing skills to provide written Work Standards and instructions
4) 良好的分析技巧，保证按时完成质量数据的收集和分析；Good analytical skills to insure timely collection and analysis of Quality data
5) 良好的培训技能；Good training skills to conduct training programs.
6) 熟练应用电脑、网络及Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project Manager等软件； Computer, network and software
skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project Manager
7) 具有较好的中英文表达能力；Ideal candidate would possess Chinese and English language skills
6)协助质量工程师解决质量问题并制定质量检测标准。负责新产品的管理和协调；Cooperate with the quality engineer to solve the quality problems and set the regulation for quality inspection standards. In charge of the management and coordination of new products；
7)与其它部门员工进行跨部门合作以解决工作中出现的问题，从而保证工作目标的如期完成Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to resolve both issues and conflicts that from barriers to the attainment of Operations related issues 。
8)遵守公司各项工作原则；Assure adherence to all Work Standards.
9)按要求进行团体合作。Progressively participate in teamwork as required.
