Roles and Responsibility

1.Responsible for operation and preventive maintenance for the site facility, including mechanical, electrical, air-conditions, compressed air system, water treatment system and factory housing repair.

负责厂房设施的运行和维护，空调设施维修。

2.Check and record facility equipments operation parameter according recorder sheets.

根据点检表进行巡检和运行参数记录。

3.Check and record facility safety issues according recorder sheets.

根据点检表进行安全巡检和记录。

4.Facilities trouble shouting and disposal.

故障巡查和处理。

5.Facility installation, maintenance and repair.

设施安装，维护和维修。

6.Other temporary jobs as assigned.

完成其他临时安排的工作。

Qualification

1.High School or above, majored in mechanical/electrical engineering, HVAC.

高中或中专以上学历，机械、电气工程专业或供热通风与空调工程专业。

2.More than 5 years relevant experience of facility maintenance includes HVAC, Electrical system, Chemical water treatment, and fire fighting system.

5年以上暖通，电气，水处理及消防系统相关维护经验。

3.Hardworking, with effective communications skills and team work spirit.

吃苦耐劳，良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神。

4.Be Familiar with split AC’s repair.

熟悉分体空调维修。

5.Strong hands on ability.

较强的动手能力。
