Responsibilities:
？ Report to GM / Vice-GM.
？ Leader of four departments: technical / logistics / production / quality
？ Solute & improve production technology, support development.
？ Control inventory / purchase / dispatch / production planning
？ Production management / process improvement
？ Quality management / lab / quality system

Requirements:
？ University Degree or professional training in Engineering, Polymer processing, Business, Economics or related fields
？ Hands-on experience in textile manufacturing field
？ Management experience in a multi-national company is a must
？ Clear mentality and Hard working is a must
？ Work experience in Auto industry before is a plus
？ Excellent communication and presentation skills
？ Excellent command of Chinese and English, knowledge of German is plus
？ Strong team spirit and self motivated, capabilities to work independently
