Job Description
*Detailed Posting Description (Primary Responsibilities Example: Day to day activities, initial projects for this role, number of direct reports (if any), etc…)
1. Mold die related problems analyze and solving
2. Mold die improvement support to Yield and productivity improvement
3. Take care of the current Tooling cleaning, maintenance, assemble , coordination of the tool repair
4. Technical skill delivery
5. New projects support, mold die check and acceptance
6. Team work with cross function/Department
7. Assist to finish other tasks from superior
*Job Requirements (Minimum: Required Skills and Competencies, Education Level / Major Required, Years of Experience, Certifications / Licenses, etc…)
1. Above 5 years’ experience on injection mold tooling fabrication
2. Skills to operate EDM, Laser welding, grinder and other related
3. Knowledge of tooling steels helpful
4. Working experiences in a rubber/metal injection parts manufacturing plan as Tool maker / Engineer in charge of tool manufacturing/maintenance etc is prefer
*Additional Details (% of travel required / domestic and/or international, computer language skills, necessary soft skills, etc…)
1. Solid Works (CAD) knowledge, expert in mechanical drawings reading
2. Good communication and team work skills
