Role Purpose
Kungeng Planning is an 18-month program that allows management trainees(MT) to hone their leadership, business and technical skills through 4 challenging 110-day rotational assignments and intensive training. Kungeng Planning is led by senior huabao professionals and mentors and is committed to accelerate development of entry-level talent and produce future leaders. It is the ground stone of a long successful huabao career.

Program Summary
Kungeng Planning is targeting at graduates with bachelor degree or above from top university at home and abroad. The total duration of the program is 18-month with different function rotation experience and at least one specific project implementation experience.
Kungeng Planning is made up of 4 different developing phases. Regular performance evaluations from mentors, colleagues and trainees themselves are provided during the whole program. All MT are expected to pass each phase successfully with their own efforts and the coach from their mentors. When the program is finished, MT will be appointed a specific position based on his or her performance and the company needs and mutual communication. At the same time, the excellent MT will be promoted as senior/medium management team.
