职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Safety Management 安全管理
-Implement an HSE program in the facility that is compliant with subsidiary standards
 严格执行公司的健康、安全和环境要求
-Make sure the factory producing safety, zero accident, ensure plant operation in line with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements and the supervision of the relevant local departments
确保工厂生产安全，零事故，确保工厂运行符合相关法律法规，遵照地方部门的调整与监督。
2. Operation Management 运行管理
-Establish efficient operation team, compile various production management system
建立一支有效率的运行队伍，编写各种生产管理体系
-Formulate and improve operating procedure, and supervise implementation, make sure production stability and reliability
建立及发展操作程序，监督执行情况，确保生产的稳定性和可靠性
-Optimize production processes, reduce the cost
优化生产工艺，降低成本
-Procurement and contract management, project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors
采购和合同管理，项目管理及监督协调承包商的工作
-Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
有效应对突发事件或紧急状况
3. Process running 工艺管理
-Production quality: Responsible for supervising production to have high product quality and to satisfy product specification and requirement of customers
 生产质量的管理：负责管理生产以达成高品质的产品，满足产品指标和客户的要求
-Production Cost Saving: Manage and control production cost in alignment with yearly efficiency objective
 生产成本的节约：按照年度效率目标进行生产成本的管理和控制
4. Customer Service 客户服务
-Maintain good communication with customers, improve customers’ satisfaction continuously
与客户保持良好沟通，不断提高客户满意度
5. People Management 人员管理
-Define the production responsibilities at his or her facility and defining each operator’s specific responsibilities
确定装置的生产职责以及每个操作工的特定职责
-Ensure that training and qualification processes are implemented
确保培训和岗位认证程序的执行
 
Job Requirement:
1.Over 10-year operation experience in ASU facility, with at least 5-years operation management role
十年以上空分装置的运行经验，至少五年担任运行的管理岗位
2.Good communication skills and referenced team work are required
具备出色的沟通技巧和团队工作的经验
3.Bachelor degree and above, majored in Chemical Engineering or Technology, or Chemistry
本科及以上学历，化学工艺、化学工程或化学专业
4.Good both in written and oral English and PC skills
